What is OutdoorLingua?
OutdoorLingua deals with education in the great outdoors. We use methods in which all senses are included in the learning process. Our basic activity is courses in Swedish language in the outdoors. We also have other offers, which you can read more about here. Our courses are held outdoors in different places in Sweden, and are combined with activities in nature, such as hiking, skiing and paddling. The courses offer education and active relaxation at the same time.

Shanti Wittmar from Uppsala, in Central Sweden
Educated in Outdoor Education at Kjesäter Folk High School and holds a Master of Arts in Russian. Shanti has taught Swedish as a foreign language as a university lecturer in Russia, Croatia and Slovenia, at college in Sweden and at the Swedish Institute's international summer courses. Loves being in the outdoors and to share this joy with others. Through OutdoorLingua, she combines two great interests: languages and outdoor life.
